Dr. Bryan Honored On Anniversary

Notes: “At the morning service crowds had to be turned away when the church had already been filled to overflowing. At night it was packed to its utmost capacity. There were people of all creeds and all conditions of life at the services. The church had already been prettily decorated for the occasion, but hundreds of the persons attending the two services brought big bunches of flowers. I think the crowds attending the flowers and the deep interest of those who were present is a fine tribute to the love the people of Birmingham have for Dr. Bryan. I believe that he is one of the best loved ministers the city has ever had.”
