Notes: Birmingham—Third Church.—Rev. J. A. Bryan still pursues his indefatigable labors, in his own church, in mission centers, in fire stations and car sheds. He generally preaches about fifteen times a week. He has a horse and buggy recently given him. The man who started the subscription, not a member of the church, said he did it because “Mr. Bryan was making it harder for the devil than any man in Birmingham.”—P. of S.
